Toyota has launched a new way for its owners to lease their vehicles with the help of its new leasing service.
The automaker said Thursday it will offer unlimited monthly lease payments, which can be made at no extra cost.
The company said it will charge $99 a month to lease a 2019 Toyota Camry.
The service will be offered on the Toyota Camrys that Toyota has sold in the U.S. since 2015.
The company’s Camry, Toyota’s most-loved vehicle, was launched in 2018.
The move is a welcome development for Toyota owners, who have long struggled to find a way to pay for their cars, especially after the automaker’s massive recall of some 1.2 million vehicles in 2016.
More:Toyota’s Camrys are now a popular choice for leasing, but a lot of people still find it difficult to find an unlimited monthly payment plan.
The new service will let customers pay less for the same monthly payment for their vehicles.
That will allow them to lease them more often and be more comfortable with paying the monthly rent for their car, the automakers said.
